Long double-breasted coat with four buttons at the front and wide lapels that open back. A shearling-style lining shows at the collar, the front edge and the cuffs, and covers the whole interior. The side pockets are welt pockets and the length falls past the knee. The back looks plain.
It works best in a thick wool coating or a faux suede that holds its shape, with the shearling as an inner layer. Cut the lining slightly smaller than the outer shell so the lapels roll without bulk, and interface the front edge where the buttons sit.
