Digital sewing patterns to print and produce

Moldey sells sewing patterns as files you download, print and cut. No paper, no shipping, no customs — and the same price whether you order from Madrid, Manila or Miami.

What you get with every pattern

Every pattern is a complete, production-ready set of pieces drawn at full scale. Nothing is left for you to draft or calculate.

Formats and prices

One price list for the whole catalogue, and it does not change by country. We charge in US dollars.

Why every size is included

Most pattern shops sell one size at a time, or charge extra for a graded set. That works for someone sewing a single garment for themselves. It does not work if you are producing to sell, because your customer does not buy "a t-shirt" — they buy their size.

So the grading is already done and it comes in the same file. Buy once, cut the whole size run.

Try before you pay

Buying patterns from a supplier you have never used is a leap of faith, especially from another country. That is exactly why some patterns are free: complete patterns from the same catalogue, not trimmed samples. Print one, measure the test square, sew it and judge for yourself.

Questions

Do you ship internationally?
There is nothing to ship. Patterns are files you download, so there is no postage, no customs and no waiting. The process is identical from any country.
Does the price change depending on where I am?
No. We charge in US dollars and the same pattern costs the same everywhere:
0 for PDF A4,
5 for PDF plotter, $20 for the sublimation file and $50 for the CAD files.
Can I sell the clothes I make?
Patterns come with a production licence: you can manufacture and sell the garments with no unit limit and no royalties. The only thing you cannot do is resell the file itself.
Do I need special software?
Not for the PDFs — any PDF reader will open them, including the one on your phone. Only the Audaces (.ads) and Optitex (.pds) files need their own CAD software.
