Leggings sewing patterns in PDF
Long, short and biker-short leggings, high-waisted, with panel seams and an ankle knot, or with mesh panels. They are patterns with few pieces in stretch knit fabric, designed for sportswear and gym clothing, with very little fabric use.
Sizes XS to 4XL in adults, 2 to 18 in kids included · 44 patterns · PDF A4 $10 · plotter PDF $15, instant download to any country.
What to look for when choosing and cutting
- Leggings are cut to stretch: the pattern is smaller than the body. Don't enlarge it “to make it comfortable.”
- Use a fabric with good recovery (polyamide or polyester with elastane) and a stretch stitch: a straight stitch will break.
- The high-rise waistband with an inner band is the piece that needs the most care.
