Short aviator jacket with diagonal zipper sewing pattern for women — Coat 44

Coat 44 is a digital sewing pattern for women from the Moldey catalog: short aviator jacket with diagonal zipper.
Short jacket lined in sherpa, which shows at the lapels, cuffs and hem. The zipper crosses the front diagonally and the high collar is adjusted with a strap and buckle. There is a pocket with a horizontal zipper on the chest and zippered pockets at the sides, and the sleeves have panel seams and turned-up cuffs.
Suede or a suede-look fabric with faux sherpa is suggested, for the matte, flexible look. The zippered pockets need interfacing at the opening before setting the zipper, and the collar strap is sewn with double topstitching to withstand the use of the buckle.
