White long-sleeve blouse with a round neckline of small pleats, a fitted torso and a bow knotted at the front of the waist. Below the waist comes a peplum of two stepped ruffles. The sleeves are long and straight and end in a simple cuff; the two-layer peplum is repeated at the back.
Given the fluid drape in the photo, a crepe, an opaque chiffon or a lightweight satin works well. Secure the neckline pleats with topstitching before attaching the facing, and cut the two layers of the peplum with a soft flare and finish them with a rolled hem.
