Along the join runs a horizontal band with embroidered text and, below it, two diagonal zip pockets with colored pulls. Cuffs and hem are rib, and the shoulders drop slightly.
A fleece-back or brushed cotton with body works best, to keep the volume of the hood. Before sewing the zip pockets, apply interfacing to the opening edge so it does not ripple, and center the join of the two colors so the text band comes out straight.
