The jacket is short, with a drawstring hood, a zipper that runs the whole front and a smaller zippered kangaroo pocket at the center. The sleeves have a contrast color stripe along their entire length.
Brushed fleece-back or a good-weight fleece-back works best, with the sleeve stripe sewn as a separate strip before assembling the whole sleeve. Sew the zipper with reinforced tape so it doesn't twist with wear.
