Short romper with thin straps and a V-neckline with a twist at the center of the bust. At the waist it has side panels, and from there a lower part with layered ruffles with a wavy edge flows out. A white version of the same design shows the back with crossed laces that tie.
Given the drape shown, this style works best in viscose, lightweight crepe or matte satin. Cut the ruffles as circles or half circles so they ripple, finish the edge with a rolled hem, and interface the knot of the neckline so it keeps its twist.
