Long dress with a deep V-neckline, long puffed sleeves with a fitted cuff and a bodice fitted to the hip. At one side of the waist it has a flared peplum, and the skirt stays fitted and narrow to the floor.
A woven fabric with a shiny texture or lurex thread works best, giving the sparkle seen across the whole surface while still shaping the fitted silhouette. Cut the peplum as a separate circular piece and sew it over the side waist seam.
