It has a single shoulder with the fabric carried to the other side in draping that crosses the body, a defined waist and a straight skirt with a high slit on one leg. The metallic sheen covers the whole garment evenly.
A metallic spandex or a jersey with spandex of similar sheen works best, allowing the draping without losing stretch around the waist. Sew the draping with inner darts so the crossover keeps its shape with wear.
