Short dress with a loose silhouette, a round neck and short sleeves that leave the shoulder open. Each sleeve has a slit with two ties that fasten in a bow. At the back there is a small teardrop-shaped opening at the center. The body falls straight without defining the waist.
Works best in crepe or another fabric with a loose, opaque drape that does not cling to the body. Reinforce the edge of the back opening and the sleeve slit with interfacing, and sew the ties folded inward for a firm knot.
