Short-sleeve t-shirt with a low round neckline and a very close fit through the torso. Vertical panel seams run along the sides and back and shape the body; the sleeves are short and end in a flat hem. The front is plain, with a small print on the chest, and the length covers the waist.
A lightweight four-way stretch knit in polyamide or polyester with elastane works best. Sew with a flat coverstitch to avoid rubbing on the skin, and cut the panel pieces with the stretch running in the same direction so they do not twist at the side.
