Pants with an elastic drawstring waist and a straight leg that flares out toward the hem. On each side there is a wedge-shaped insert in a different fabric, in an animal print or denim, bordered by several diagonal black stripes. The body is an ecru tone, smooth and with a fuzzy look.
It works best with the base in lightweight fleece-back and the inserts in a fabric of similar weight, so the wedge does not pull on the seam. Cut the inserts with the grain aligned to that of the pants and pin the curved seams, which distort easily.
