Pants with a roomy, fluid leg and a waist crossed like a sarong, tied with a bow at the front side. A deep slit runs up the side of the leg and opens as you walk. The length reaches the instep, the waist looks fitted and the fabric is smooth, with a soft drape.
A fluid fabric such as viscose, lightweight crepe or washed linen goes with the movement shown in the photo. Finish the slit edges with a narrow hem and cut the bow ties on the grain so they hang evenly.
