Sequin mermaid gown with cut-out back sewing pattern for women — Dress 90
Dress 90 is a digital sewing pattern for women from the Moldey catalog: sequin mermaid gown with cut-out back.
The dress has a high neck without sleeves, a fitted mermaid shape that hugs to the knee and opens into a short flare, a side slit in the skirt, and a back built from cut-out straps that show the skin.
Because of the shine and the snug fit, mount it over a base of spandex or stiff tulle so the sequins do not weigh it down or come loose with movement. Sew the back straps before closing the side zipper.
Recommended fabrics: Spandex (lycra), Tulle and Satin.
