Floor-length dress with a high halter neck that leaves the back completely bare, a fitted bodice, and a skirt with a loose drape and a high slit on one leg. The fabric has a fine shimmer spread evenly.
It works best in shimmer spandex or shimmer tulle over an opaque base, which supports the halter neck and follows the drape of the skirt. Reinforce the slit and the neck with an inner facing so they do not warp with wear.
