Short, fitted long-sleeve dress with a neckline that leaves the shoulders bare and a fold-over band twisted at the center. The hip side has gathering, and at the bottom edge there is a side slit decorated with three small dark bows. Cuffs and hem have a lighter wavy edge.
It works best in a medium-weight cotton rib knit with spandex, which keeps the shape of the fold-over band. Mark the hip gathering with a thin elastic sewn inside the side seam. Reinforce the slit with an interfacing strip before attaching the bows.
