Long-sleeve blouse with a straight neckline that leaves the shoulders bare. On one side a casing with a cord gathers the fabric into folds, and the ends of the cord finish in small metal rings. The hem drops to a point next to the gathering. The torso is fitted and the sleeves are snug down to the wrist.
A knit with a soft drape and good recovery works best, such as a fine jersey or a light rib knit. A fine elastic is sewn inside the edge of the neckline so it does not slip off the shoulder, and the side casing is reinforced with interfacing to hold the cord.
